About Rawalpindiz
Rawalpindiz entered the PSL in 2026 after Walee Technologies paid a record PKR 245 crore for the former Multan franchise rights and moved the team to Rawalpindi. Captained by Mohammad Rizwan, they won one match in their first season and finished last.
Walee Technologies bought the former Multan franchise rights at a PCB auction on 9 February 2026 for a record PKR 245 crore and moved the team to Rawalpindi. The PSL treats Rawalpindiz as one of its two new teams for 2026, and the franchise does not claim the old Multan Sultans' history. It launched as 'Pindiz' before taking the Rawalpindiz name.
Home ground: Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, Rawalpindi.
