How the PSL points table works
- Win: 2 points.
- Tie or no result (including an abandoned match): 1 point each.
- Loss: 0 points.
- Playoffs: in PSL 2026, the top four after the league stage qualified. First played second in the Qualifier, third played fourth in Eliminator 1, and the Qualifier loser met the Eliminator 1 winner in Eliminator 2 for the second place in the Final.
How net run rate (NRR) is calculated
When teams finish level on points, net run rate separates them. NRR is a team’s runs scored per over across the league stage, minus the runs it conceded per over. If a team is bowled out, it is charged its full quota of overs (20, or fewer in a shortened match), not the overs it actually faced. Matches with no result are left out of NRR.
Example: a team that scores 1,800 runs in 190 overs and concedes 1,700 runs in 200 overs has an NRR of 9.474 − 8.500 = +0.974.
The table on this page is calculated directly from the match results on this site, which are checked against the scorecards, so it updates the moment a result is entered.
